Conference fee

The conference fees are as follows:

Companies wishing to buy a transferable ticket that can be used by different people on different conference days may contact the Organizing Committee via caspt@rsm.nl or via +31-10-4082315.

Note that the following rules are applied for including an accepted paper in the program:

• An accepted paper is included in the program only if at least one of the authors has registered for the conference before May 31, 2015.
• Each registered participant is allowed to present at most one paper in the conference.

The conference fee covers the following:

• Access to all sessions of the conference
• Welcome reception on July 19
• Reception in the Rotterdam city hall on July 20
• Boat trip in the Port of Rotterdam on July 21
• Conference dinner on July 22
• Lunch on July 20, 21, 22, 23
• Coffee, tea and other refreshments during the conference

The fee for accompanying persons covers the following:

• Welcome reception on July 19
• Reception in the Rotterdam city hall on July 20
• Boat trip in the Port of Rotterdam on July 21
• Conference dinner on July 22
